Your account email; the chats, projects, knowledge documents and files you create; API keys (stored only as a one-way hash); and basic usage records for billing and reliability. We don't sell your data and don't show ads.

Every record is isolated to your account by row-level security. Tokens for tools you connect are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). API keys are stored only as a SHA-256 hash. See katalock.net/security.

Turn memory off, use Incognito chats that are never saved or used for training, opt out of model improvement, export your data, or delete your account — all from Settings.

When you delete your KatalockAi account, we permanently remove your account and all associated data — chats, projects, knowledge, files, API keys, connections and usage records. Your account record, including your email, is deleted from our database. We retain nothing on our side, and it cannot be undone. Payment records held by our payment processor follow their own legal retention and sit outside our systems.

Only the trusted infrastructure providers we need to run the service — for hosting and the AI model gateway, authentication and database, payments, and media generation if you enable it — and only as required to deliver those functions. Each processes data under data-processing terms and only for its part of the service. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
