Refund Policy

Subscription payments and pay-as-you-go top-ups are non-refundable — including for partial billing periods and any unused credits or balance. This is standard for AI services (as with major AI providers): every request consumes real compute the moment it runs.

You can cancel a subscription whenever you like, from Settings or your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and you won't be charged again.

Because there are no refunds, we offer a genuinely useful free tier and a guest mode so you can evaluate Katalock thoroughly before subscribing or topping up. Please try it first.

If you were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge or a clear technical fault on our side — email admin@katalock.net within 7 days and we'll investigate and correct genuine mistakes. Nothing here removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Payments are processed by our payment processor under their terms.
